BSOD issue after fixing another BSOD error

Hi Williams,

There are several reasons why BSOD occur, which has different resolution. To check for any corruption or the integrity of your computer's Windows, we suggest that you perform a
Check Disk by following these steps:

• Type cmd in the search bar.
• Right-click on the Command Prompt, then Run as administrator.
  
• Type chkdsk x: /r, the /r command will fix errors found on the disk.

Corrupted file RAR

If the archive has been created using WinRAR, why don't you try WinRAR itself? It has a built-in repair feature for repairing corrupted archive (ZIP as well as RAR). Follow the steps given below:

• Open WinRAR application in your system.
• Now click on File tab > Open or simply press Ctrl+O.
• A small window "Find Archive" will pop up. Locate the corrupt RAR archive from your system directory and select it.
• Now click Open button.
• Click Tools tab > Repair archive or simply press Alt+R.
• Again a small window "Repairing File name.rar" will pop up.
• Now click Browse to select a location to save the repaired archive.
• Check the box "Treat the corrupt archive as RAR" and click OK.
• WinRAR will start repairing of corrupt RAR archive. Once it gets completed click Close.

Random files not showing in Documents library

Hi,

If your files or folders disappeared, it might appear missing but it is actually hidden. For us to isolate this issue, kindly follow these methods:

Method 1: Check the users folder.

• Click on Start, and then type This PC.
• Select This PC from the list of results.
• At the top, look for the box that has the word This PC. Click on it and type these:
  
  • > Local Disk (C) > Users > User Name > Documents or This PC > Local Disk (C) > Users > Public.
• Press Enter, and then check if the files are there.

Method 2: Show hidden files and folders.

• Click on Start.
  
• Type File Explorer.
• Select File Explorer Options from the list of results.
• Click on View tab.
• Under Hidden files and folders option, select Show hidden files, folders, and drives.
• Click on Apply, and then OK
  to save changes.
• Open the File Explorer and check if you'll see the file.
