Windows 10: my pc started lagging out of nowhere 2 days ago

im playing a game called lost ark and the lag started like 3 days ago when i was trying to do something in the game the sounds are like crashing and laggy basically doubles with echo cause the fps is really low so the sound is laggy aswellplease help!

• Please try to open the on-screen keyboard by typing "OSK" in the search bar at the bottom of the screen, then use the on-screen keyboard to test if the lagging condition reproduces, this will help us to determine the process by which the fault may exist.
  
• Then please enter the Safe Mode to test the problematic situation in the most basic and pure system environment to confirm whether there is any interference from the third party programme, please refer to the specific steps: Start your PC in safe mode in Windows - Microsoft Support
  
• If your computer has other ports, connect your mouse and keyboard to the other ports and check how the situation is.

or the issue is within the
device/hardware
itself. However, we need to make sure that it is the case. To isolate the issue, we have
some questions for you:

  Were there any changes made before the issue occurred?

  Have you tried downloading and installing the latest driver update available in your computer/laptop manufacturer's
  website?
  
• 
  Have you tried using the device to another computer?
  
• 
  What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
  

We suggest that you perform these
methods of troubleshooting
and check if there are any changes:

Method 1: Run Hardware and Device Troubleshooter.
