Windows 10: My PC starts up with a blank blue screen and then turns off after a couple of minutes why...

I turned my PC on and it went to a blue blank screen and after a bit my PC just turns off, I can't get to the menu so I don't have access to anything but the BIOS menu but that hasn't been any help.

Hello, i yesterday installed new driver for my Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER, my PC worked fine, but today when I was working something on computer electricity shut down in my town. After electricity came back, i turned on PC and I had blank black screen, and it was loading automatic repair loop, so I wanted to start Recovery mode to fix the issue in Safe mode, but after third time when I do hard shut down, it just showing blank blue screen and my computer turned off by itself after 3 minutes.Now it's just showing blank blue screen and turn off itself after 3-4minutes. Can I fix this issue or not? Thanks for answer.

 

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??
