Windows 10: My PC stopped booting to C: drive and now boots to Boot Manager

This morning i woke up and turned on my computer to start on my schoolwork and realized that my PC didnt boot properly. Instead of booting from my normal C: drive, my PC booted to Windows Boot Manager. I can access all the data from my C: drive but when the PC starts up now it says “Preparing Windows” and then lets me sign in to my account. Once i sign in it says “couldn’t sign in to your Microsoft Account.” Which doesnt make sense because i just signed into my computer. My normal wallpaper has been reverted to the standard Windows 10 wallpaper as well. If i go into the BIOS and try to boot directly to the C: drive i get an error message that says something like “connect proper boot drive and restart.” I have no idea how this happened. Any help is appreciated.

Boot Emergency!

No it doesnt show. Only my OS drive.

Its there and it says it running and normal.

Anyway I just had the same boot problem on reboot. Everything was fine 10 minutes ago. Now it wont boot without my manually selecting the drive.

Check the boot order in the BIOS also, it might not have the hard drive as primary in the boot list.
