Windows 10: My PC suddenly restarts for no apparent reason

I have a very annoying problem that I tried to find out the reason for without success. The PC suddenly restarts for no apparent reason. Sometimes the BSOD appears quickly before shutting down, and sometimes it doesn't appear and restarts immediately. Automated Restart of Windows 10 PC

Hello,

If Windows suddenly restarts without warning, or restarts when you try to shut it down, it might be caused by one of several issues. An outdated driver and software conflict are some of the possible reasons. Having said that, we suggest performing
the following steps:

Step 1: Disabling the automatic restart option to view error messages.

Many hardware driver or operating system errors will cause the computer to display a specific error message before stopping the operation or shutting down the computer. However, if the Automatically restart option
is enabled, an error message might not be displayed despite an error taking place. Disable this option to allow the computer to display the error message.
Follow these steps to disable the Automatically restart option:

• 
  In Windows, search for and open View advanced system settings.
  
• 
  Click Settings in the Startup and Recovery section.
  
• Remove the check mark next to Automatically restart under System Failure, then click OK.
• Restart the computer.

Step 2: Checking for failed hardware.

Hardware problems can cause the computer to restart unexpectedly.

PC won't boot up suddenly

I was hoping that by now someone on this forum could recommend some steps i can take to repair my desktop pc. I outlined the problem and steps i have taken so far. I still havent found the reason for the problem or figured out a solution. I guess no one can offer me any additional suggestions to help. Thanks anyway.

 

Scrolling behaviour has suddenly changed for no apparent reason

My mouse wheel no longer works as it did...instead this appears

and the number and blue bar move with the wheel. Whats on the screen doesn't. Any idea what it is, or how to get rid of it? Win 10 Version 21H1 (08 Build 19043.1348) - - - Updated - - - OK, I rebooted but no change. Then rebooted with the mouse disconnected... plugged it back when reaching the Desktop and it's ok. Curious what/why it happened though, if anyone knows.
