Windows 10: My pc suddenly showed low memory, and crashed while running smoothly, after updating to 23h2

The problem occurred when i downloaded some "armoury crate" Updates, some days ago, while lead to my pc after running for around 40 min, even if running just one tab chrome, my chrome tab suddenly showed low memory, when i tried to open any app, it wouldn't let me, and afterwards, blue screen appeared and it restarted. I factory reset it , and it went to "21h2" Problem was solved and it was running good, but after i learned that there is "23h2", yesterday i updated to the latest, but as usual, today while running it suddenly started to show the same error, and it crashed. My pc is strix g15ry

Am getting a Memory Low message - Suddenly Appearing On Win 10 & Crashing My PC

• I have used the same number of apps open previously without a problem
• I have performed a test for RAM flaws

There is no help on the Win 10 page for this issue that I can see.

Is there a way to increase virtual memory recommended by MS [not a 3rd party].

I suggest you to run Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool and check if it helps.

Usually, Windows automatically detects possible problems with your computer’s memory and displays a notification that asks if you want to run the Memory Diagnostics Tool.

However, if the Windows Memory Diagnostics tool doesn't run automatically, you can run it manually.

Here are the steps:

• Type Memory Diagnostic Tool in search box.
• 
  You will get a pop up, just click on
  Restart now and check for problems.
  

It might take several minutes for the tool to finish checking your computer's memory. Once the test is completed, Windows will restart automatically.

Why is Windows 10 suddenly showing "Running Low On Memory"

Just this past week one of my Windows 10 machines when left on for a long period of time with no activity is showing a pop of message saying "Running Low On Memory".

I have 16GB of RAM memory and a Page File of 24GB.

This is happening with no application open, just sitting at the desktop. Why is this suddenly happening?
