Windows 10: My pc suddenly started to take 3x more time to boot than normal

I was downloading gpu driversFrom Acers site specificly for this laptop and when it finished the software required me to restart my pc but when i did something i noticed is that it took way longer than usual to boot Normaly my pc boots for about 30-40s but this time it needer aroun 2-3mins to boot I thought its because the driver update but this issue has been happening for a while know and its getting annoying at first i tried to delete the new gpu driver because i though its the reason to why its slowing down It has never been this slow to boot until the system restart for the drivers

Defender isn't the problem. That's normal.

I see a few things including:



Check for updates for that and install if found.

Then you've got a few other apps starting.

Suggest delaying startup for the above plus Everything, Glasswire, Nexus and see if that makes any difference.

You can do that with:

Autorun Organizer 4.41 - Free Advanced Startup Manager for Windows



Also turn off anything you don't actually need in startup.

Disable Everything start on boot from within options.

You can create an Elevated Shorcut for that instead if you have Winaero Tweaker installed. If you don't have it I could send you the portable app that I use to create Elevated Shortcuts.

I don't have Android studio,Glasswire or Nexus installed anymore.




As you can see I had already tried using Autorun Organizer and I have everything delayed (except Defender, because I need it to start first incase any virus gets in)
