Windows 10: my pc suddenly stuck and needs to hard restart

happens 2 times back to back, when i check event viewer, it says this:The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000116 0xffffcd05d830c460, 0xfffff8003888cb30, 0xffffffffc000009a, 0x0000000000000004. A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: b39decb6-6183-4eee-9c39-7b0239a5f10e.then shortly after that, this happenThe computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000007e

Hard drive/ OS issue

a guy suggested :

• shutdown
• unhooked HDD
• restarted
• yay !!
• reconnected HDD
• restarted
• yay !!

I suggest you to perform the Startup Repair and check.

If the issue persists then follow the below method.

Method 2:

I would recommend suggest you to enable the fast startup.

• Click on Change settings that are currently unavailable (Enter the admin credentials if prompted).
• Check the Turn on Fast startup (Recommended) box.
• Click on Save changes.
• Restart the computer.
