My PC thought it was in Russia. Help?

So I recently bought a Lenovo laptop, I decided to add some additional storage so I bought a WD Black m.2 SSD from Amazon.

After I booted up the PC to format the SSD it froze, so I turned it off and booted up again and everything ran smoothly.

I then formatted the SSD for the PC and everything proceeded as it should. A few moments later I got a windows notification from the Lenovo Vantage software, but all the text was in Russian?

I thought maybe one of my accounts had been compromised so I opened all of my apps to check my recent login activity, I found nothing suspicious. Although, when I opened origin it said my account location was in Russia - even though only I had logged into the account. It quickly loaded and changed back to my actual location (Europe) on its own in a few seconds.

I’ve ran a malware scan and nothing has been detected. Could anyone help explain? Thanks

I got these suggestions from the Microsoft Community forum.No. 1 worked for me:

We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

    Problem with maps of Russia

By the way: Nokia recommended me to post a claim here:

    Mapshare

But as you can see, Russia is missing in the list of countries, which could be selected there!

What is the "Teleatlas", if they didn't include the world biggest country in their list?

M... Probably I will not recommend my friends to buy N95for using GPS features.
