    My Pc tower is stuck in a boot loop how do I get it out


    I reset my pc by deleting everything on it and it asked me if I wanted to download windows manually or from the cloud so I picked manually, when the pc restarted it turned on for a second and it showed 4 options Bios setup, system info and Q Flash Ive tried to get into every one of those menus but everytime it cuts to a black screen with a blinking white slash like you would be able to type something but when you press a button the screen goes black and the computer turns off and repeats that process over and over.
