Windows 10: My PC turn off when I'm watching videos

When I'm watching videos even in meetings with friends my PC just turn off, first the image stop but I can listen the video, then a few seconds later the audio crash and make a like brrr with the audio I was listening to finally the PC turn off and turn on. Thank you I gonna be grateful if I get help!

I haven't gotteen to this suggestion yet - but, I've shut down half my Extensions and, now, I get the voice of the Youtube videos - but still not the video. Thought this clue might help.

• What is the make and model of the computer?
