Windows 10: My PC USB Ports are power cycling

My PC has been losing the ability to use its USB ports, randomly. Sometimes this happens whilst on a game or not. The wifi goes out, as it is an external USB. The mouse, microphone, and keyboard also stop working. The computer stays on the entire time. I have removed the ability for the ports to be shut off for power saving, I have also fully updated all drivers. I am operating on Windows 11, this issue persisted in Windows 10 as well. I am running a Ryzen 5 3600, RTX 2060, this has not been an issue in the past and started roughly a month ago. I cannot tell if there is a trigger to this event

When a user tried uninstalling the USB drivers, it usually installs itself again when the computer restarts. It is a fact that most of the Mouse and Keyboard nowadays are connected using USB connection instead of their traditional PS/2 port. We suggest that

No video + little power to USB ports

Hi, I was opening PUBG when my pc bluescreened. I turned my PC off, and now I have no video and very limited power to my USB ports. The BSOD was SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

My specs are:

• Core i5 6600
• ASUS B150M A-D3
• Gigabyte GTX 780Ti GHz Edition
• 8GB ddr3 1333MHz
• Coolermaster GX750 80+ Bronze PSU

Power to my pc's RBG Fans and usb's keep cycling

Whilst playing games occasionally the game will crash during something intense and all the rgbs on my pc fans etc and the usb ports (keyboard, mouse and headset) all cycle power. I recently upgraded my motherboard, cpu and ram. Ever since, iv been getting this error.
