Windows 10: My PC was corrupted and now i can’t login

Hey, my windows profile probably has been corrupted. I cannot log in, it says incorrect pasword.When I want to reboot my system, i can’t, because I cant log in into my windows account it says incorrect password, but that’s not truePlease help me, I’m really tired of this problem.Thanks Milan

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

  If its Microsoft account are you able to login using the web interface?
  

I suggest you to use the on-screen keyboard and try to login. Follow the steps below:

Click on the Ease of Access icon at the right bottom of the screen and select On-screen keyboard and check if issue persists.

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
