Windows 10: My pc went on "lockdown"

My pc wont let me do anything first when I turned it on and entered my pin it told me some type of client error then restarted after that it did the diagnostic thing and that failed I've tried everything to get it to get powered on back to home screen at this point but factory reset won't even work any help.

No I do not see anything for Embedded Lockdown Manager in the list - turn windows features on or off, and I have expanded all the rolled up entries to check them.

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

 

Re: Embedded Lockdown Manager is installed unexpectedly on my Windows 8.1 PC

I noticed today that a program had installed itself called Embedded Lockdown Manager. I have found a webpage stating how to get rid of it by going to the Control Panel, Programs, Turn Windows Features On or Off, Find Embedded Features Node, expand & uncheck
Embedded Lockdown Manager. But there is no Embedded Features Node there.

So how do I uninstall it? It is not in my list of Programs to delete either.
