  1. My pc will keep rebooting after around 20 min of playing a game.

Last night, I encountered a problem with my pc where I was playing a decently graphic heavy game when all of the sudden my pc rebooted. It turned on like normal so I thought it might've been a one time thing. All until I loaded back into the game, started playing for around 5-10 more min, then it happened again. After, I decided to just turn my pc off for the night. Now, I am currently troubleshooting it without taking any hardware out. I have been on eventviewer and the errors I could find from where I believe the issue happened are mostly "The Secure Boot update failed&nb

    :)

  3. play games on my pc

    Hi Lisa,

In order to assist properly, kindly answer the following questions:

    • On which website are you trying to play the game? What is the title of the game?
    • Have you tried using other browsers like Edge?
    • What error message are you getting?
    • Can you provide more details on the troubleshooting steps that you have tried so far?
    • Are you experiencing that same thing using other PCs?

    Your response is highly appreciated.

PC Hard reboots while or after playing video games, no BSOD

I have been chasing an issue wherein my PC will reboot either during or after playing a video game. The only time I've seen a relevant error was recently when "reboot after bugcheck" was displayed in event viewer. I researched that topic and performed suggested troubleshooting steps and have created a folder with relevent minidumps as well as the MSinfo output. I've attached the zipped folder containing the event viewer log, the minidumps, and the MSinfo output. Any help with this aggravating issue will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
