Windows 10: My pc will not boot and keeps giving me multiple Your PC/Device needs to be repaired along...

My PC specs are as follows:CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 5700x GPU - RTX 4060RAM - G.Skill 2 8Gb sticksStorage - hp SSD EX900 M.2 500GbMotherboard - B450M DS3H My CPU and GPU are recently upgraded as of December of 2023, otherwise the RAM, storage, and motherboard are 5 years old.I have attached images of my error codes that i have gotten and tried to fix my self with quite a few hours of research. At this moment in time i have had to install and use a bootable media on a hard drive to access cmd. Without it, it would require me to select an account and input a password but the password, which i know to

PC will not boot or self repair

Thank you. However, after creating an ISO DVD and following your detailed directions, I still cannot boot my pc.

After booting with the ISO, and selecting Startup Repair, the application went through "diagnosing your pc" TO "attempting repairs" then "startup repair couldn't repair your pc."

I think I also found out how this mess started. I have a picture I can forward if requeted that shows system restore showed that there was an apparent windows update that took place, unbeknownst to me, at exactly the same time! It didn't allow me to
access it, or any other listed restore point.

Anyway, I'm still unable to work. Whats my next step?

 

Recovery - Your PC/Device needs to be repaired

Hi,

To resolve this issue, we suggest that you repair your PC using an installation USB or disc. If you do not have a Windows 10 installation USB or disc, you can download and create one from the

Microsoft software download website. To create an installation media and use it to repair your computer, follow the steps below:

• On a working PC, go to the
  Microsoft software download website.
• Download the media creation tool and then run it.
• Select Create installation media for another PC.
• Choose a language, edition, and architecture (64-bit or 32-bit).
• Follow the steps to create installation media, and then select Finish.
• Connect the installation media you created to your nonfunctional PC, and then turn it on.
• On the initial setup screen, enter your language and other preferences, and then select
  Next. If you're not seeing the setup screen, your PC might not be set up to boot from a drive. Check your PC manufacturer's website for info on how to change your PC's boot order, and then try again.
• Select Repair your computer. You will then be able to perform Startup Repair to repair your PC.
  
• On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot >
  Advanced options > Startup Repair.
• You can also use the installation media to start your PC in safe mode or reset your PC.

PC shows Automatic Repair screen after booting

Thank you for replying.

Refer the steps mentioned below to restart the computer in Safe Mode:

1. On the Choose an option screen, click on Troubleshoot.
2. Click on Advanced options.
3. Click on StartupSettings and click on
   Restart.
4. After the device restarts, you will see list of options. Select option
   5 or press F5 to boot the computer into
   Safe Mode with Networking.
   

After restarting the computer in Safe mode, refer the steps mentioned in my earlier response to perform clean boot and see if the PC boots normally.

If the computer doesn't boot,
I would also suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the section
