Windows 10: My PC will not let me sign in with error "You can't sign in with this account. Try a...

I have had this PC for about 3 years now. I built it myself while in school. I bought Windows for it and used my personal email for everything. When I go to sign in I get the error from above and it references a problem with my old schools URL when I try to reset my pin number. I did have have some software on there from my old school but that was it. Is there any way I can get in? I am not sure why it has attached my personal license with an old school account but is there any way to fix this?

Cannot sign in microsoft account.

My device: Lumia 520. GDR2.
I cannot sign in my Microsoft account on my device. It didnt say any error but Microsoft account is not listed in Email and account list. When I click add button, it will show microsoft account option but after press sign in, it is still not shown in email
and account. Another problem is i cannot delete facebook account. Error code: 0x83cf1202. I have tried as suggested here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2475837/en-us#step0x83cf1202 but as my Microsoft account is not shown, I cannot do step 6.

Any suggestion?

• You do not have a data connection.
• Your phone is in a "bad state."
