Windows 10: My PC will randomly freeze and Task Manager gives me a black screen.

Hello,I have a certain issue with my PC that has just occurred recently less than a month ago. It seems that my PC will operate fine after booting it initially. I can play CS2 for like 2+ hours and nothing will happen or I can just watch a stream on Edge and nothing occurs either. However, it seems that my PC will freeze quite suddenly. My Edge will just stop responding and other applications won't process at all. To make it worse, even when I close the apps that are running and open task manager, my task manager can't even show any processes and just gives me a black screen. As such, I can'

Black Screen and Keyboard freezes randomly

Dear Customer Support,

I have endured with the black screen problem for 3 months and now my keyboard freezes randomly,
after Windows 10 update.

1. After the October update, the "restart" windows option always restart with a black screen. I have to press the power button twice to bring up the log in screen. If I do a "shut down" option and restart the PC the login screen is displayed without problem. Can anyone help me?
2. After the November update my keyboard freezes randomly. I have tried uninstalled the driver or enable keyboard filter and some other methods found in google but still the problem exist. I have to shut down and reboot to have the keyboard working again.
Very frustrating and not knowing how I can solve the problems. Please help.

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
