    How to block messages from a group chat on Google Voice?

    So in case anyone is interested in the answer to this question, which I'm surprised nobody seems to be having any issues with, which is to block messages from group conversations on Google Voice. The only way to do that, from what I can tell, is by blocking the individual contacts in the group messages, and in Google Voice you can block any number, even if you don't have it saved in your contacts. So if you block the specific number, you'll block that person's specific messages in the group chat. Thanks Google!

    Edit: Also this post was supposed to be on Google Product Forums, so I'm not sure what it's doing here.

    How to block messages from a group chat on Google Voice?

    I'm receiving messages from a group chat on Google Voice, and I don't know how to block the conversation. I don't have any other phone and Google Voice is the main service I use to communicate with people, so I'm not sure why I have to keep receiving messages from a group chat. If someone could help me block the conversation that would be greatly appreciated. In case it helps to know I have a Dell Latitude E5440 running Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit with Google Chrome version 64.0.3282.119. Also my Android device is a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 running Android 7.1.1 with the Google Voice app version 5.6.176384928. Thanks!
