Windows 10: My PC/Windows crash/restarts when I open specific apps.

I have searched a lot for my problem but i haven't found any solution. Maybe because i don't know which is the right problem.


When i open some apps and programs like Microsoft edge, microsoft account, games and apps from store like asphalt 8, spotify, netflix, skype, shazam etc. my screen turns off saying "NO VIDEO INPUT. ENTERING SLEEP MODE", while the PC is still on and running( the fan is running, the power button lights, hdd etc.). It stays like this for like 5 minutes and then it restarts. If i open it again after the restart happens the same thing. I don't know which is the problem and more less which is the solution.


I hope you can help me. My Pc specs if nedded:


Windows 10 Pro ( 32 bit) Version 1803 Os Build 17134.191

CPU: Pentium Dual Core 2.6 Ghz E5300

RAM: 2 GB ( i know its very low )

GPU: Intel graphics g41

HDD 500 GB

Mail app will not open on 10041.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
