  1. My pc won’t boot after I turned it off

One day i turned my pc off fully, then pulled the plug when it was completely off. After that i booted it up with the plug in and it said that something cpu memory was cleared and i had to choose an overclocking profile. It took a while to load to windows but it did. i repeated the process today and now it won’t even post windows. Motherboard says it’s the CPU problem but i have done everything including re-placing the cpu and making sure i screwed the cooler in correctly. I have a school project due soon pls help

    :)

I appreciate if you could answer few questions to narrow down the issue and to provide you better assistance.

    • Check and verify if Cortana is activated?
    • Does Cortana search and gives any output/result on screen?
    • Is the Language and region settings set to valid value?
    • Check and verify if Cortana available in your region?
    Method 1:

I suggest you to try to turn Cortana off and then try turning it on back and check if she talks. Refer to the steps below to turn Off and On Cortana:
