Hello, I installed a Windows update on my desktop today and in the middle of the update I received an error "DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION". After the computer turned off I was unable to get it to boot again. It will turn on and show the gigabyte boot screen with a spinning loading wheel and then the screen will freeze and the PC will not boot. I have tried letting it sit there for hours but it wouldn't load. I have tried the following solutions so far and none have fixed my problem: - Entering Windows recovery environment PC would freeze before it could open, - Installing the Windows media crea

repairing windows will just fix any damaged files, id suggest taking off your over clocking settings the try booting in, maybe when you updated you also updated some censoring device which is now causing you a problem with your over clock settings.
