Windows 10: My pc wont boot and the few times it does i get BSOD, how can I fix it?

Hello, up until a few hours ago my pc was running flawlessly. I had lost access to a document and tried doing a system restore to 4 days ago to see it if may somehow recover the document but in the process my pc BSOD me with a message saying " your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart as soon as we're finished collecting data", it then shuts off when it reaches 100%. This happened repeatedly and most times now my pc wont even boot to the UEFI menu regardless of how much I'm mashing F2 on start up.I have an Alienware r13 prebuild pc, with a 3060TI and I7-12700KF. I'm considering trying

PC wont boot up (No POST, No Video)

I recently installed a new Asus M5A99X Evo r2.0. The motherboard green LED lights up and the case and cpu fans spin. But there is no video when its hooked up to my monitor.

Steps that i have tried:
"No POST", "system won't boot", and "no video output" troubleshooting checklist

Made sure all connections are properly connected.

Flashing the CMOS

Tested the PSU

Followed all steps in the user manual

If there are any links that you guys can point me to or suggestions that could help it would be highly appreciated. Thank you

 

BSOD during boot every other time

The Event Logs did not show any evidence of BSODs so they may not even be recorded in the Event Viewer.

At this point I might suggest to try a clean boot, restart the computer a few times, and see if the same BSODs occur:

Pc bsod to bios

Currently replying on iPhone, I’ll give you a proper timeline Step 1) during the program of tuneup plus my pc bsod 3 times but I was finally able to get the info Step 2) Restore point was easy and done quick which now leads to step 3 Step 3) After starting the WDV my pc bsod with the stop code of “System thread exception not handled” following the steps I open command prompt and tried to turn it off which says that nothing was changed, so then after a couple of bsod’s later I manage to go back to my restore point which now leads to a problem I cant seem to fix where when I try to open my pc it says something is wrong with my pin with error code (0x80090016) If needed I do have the tuneup plus info Trying to solve the pin problem if anyone suggestions please inform me.
