Windows 10: My pc wont boot up after power loss or windows update

HeyI have a problem with turning on my pc im trying to fix it but i can't:A windows update came today or yesterday and i wanted to install it but before i launched Warzone and it said launching for 15-25second when this happens only thing i can do is to shut down the electricity from the Distributor. BUT now i wanted to shutdown the pc manually but i pressed somehow the "update then shutdown" option then it installed something the it said "restarting" and it stuck there because as i said warzone is stuck on launching and after that i cant shutdown the pc. So i had to turn off the electricity

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

 

My PC won't turn on after update

I installed some updates while I stepped away from my PC. When I came back I found it like in a hibernation state and irresponsive. I tried disconnecting the power cable and restarted it but nothing. I even tried to put in the installation disc but there's no power to open the tray. I do see an led light, telling me that power is coming in but not enough to boot. Do you have any suggestions. Thanks in advance!
