Windows 10: My pc wont connect to the internet and doesnt show the option to look at wifi at the bottom...

i went on my pc today and no wifi options would show up, so i restarted the computer a few times then did a network reset which didnt work then i went onto device manager to see if it could show anything wrong with my drivers in which it didnt so I looked around online to see if i could fix it. There I was told i might have to reinstall/update my bios where that didnt work also. not only that i tried the troubleshoot thing and all it says is that im not connected through ethernet which I've never used.

Infact im having the same problem. I am using Wifi router A and router B. Few apps works when i connect with router B and not all apps. With router A, it shows wifi signal but no internet connectivity but my laptop fully works with router A. Any solution
for this??

 

Internet/ WiFi option not showing

My internet connection option/ wifi option and Bluetooth option is not showing. I tried to restart my pc multiple times, also shut it down and on it multiple times but it's still not resolved yet. Troubleshoot option is also not working because of no internet connection.

The wifi on my phone says its connected but wont run a search on bing, access internet explorer or the app store.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?
