Windows 10: My PC won't connect to wi-fi whatsoever but every other device works fine

I've had this Windows 10 PC for years now and it's never given me issues but over the past couple of days it just hasn't been connecting to wifi whatsoever, and no matter what I seem to do I cannot fix it. I've tried it on two separate wifi networks and neither of them have been successful. It either will say "Secured, No Internet" after connecting, or it will just not connect and all and give me "Can't Connect To This Network" I've tried updating my drivers for my adapter, I've disabled it and re-enabled it, I've uninstalled it and rebooted it multiple times. I've tried seemingly every solution the internet has to offer and it won't work. I need this computer for school and don't have money to buy a new one so I'm in desperate need of some help ASAP.

Trouble Changing Wi-Fi Password


I've been following the following steps to change my Wi-Fi password for some time:

1. Launch Control Panel.
2. Click "Network and Internet."
3. Click "Network and Sharing Center."
4. Click "Wi-Fi...."
5. Click "Wireless Properties."
6. Click the Security tab.
7. Check "Show characters."
8. Enter the password in "Network security key."

Those steps have been working just fine, but today I discovered a new wrinkle. If I change the password inside the router first, "Wi-Fi..." doesn't appear in step 4. This isn't much of a problem at home, because I can just change the password in Control Panel before I change it inside the router, but it would be a problem at a public hotspot, or something of that nature. I also tested Brink's instructions in "How to Connect To a Wireless Network in Windows 10," but they don't work for me either. How can I fix this?
