Windows 10: My Pc Won’t Factory Reset corrupted database & Windows 10

Ok , so yesterday I went ahead and tried to update my drivers for my controller driver was outdated so I went to download it and it keep giving me a error of 1009 and even for my other outdated drivers, so then I tried to go to my settings - update/recovery - updates….. I tried to see if I had any updates and it says try Again later or re open settings, so my windows 10 is not working… :. I tried to do all the things on YouTube and nothing worked, I tried to test for unwanted drivers and bc windows is not working properly it will not make the changes , I went into settings and said scre

Can't reset my pc

Hello... I need assistance in resetting my laptop to factory setting and everytime I go to reset my pc in my bios, a message pops up saying can't reset pc. Some peoples suggest to run dism /online /cleanup-image / restorehealth under cmd prompt as administrator and when I did that I get a error code 1009, registry database is corrupted. I don't have a copy of the window 10 with me as it came with the laptop and I had this labtop many years ago.

The version of the window I am currently running is, 20H2, (OS Build 19042.1237)

Appreciated if someone can provide a step by step guide and thanks in advance for the help.
