Windows 10: My PC wont get past the blue screen cause my password is incorrect?

I cant get passed the blue “account recovery screen” the only option there is, is to sign in, but everytime i try or i reset my password it still says incorrect <Changed to a question>

Incorrect password in blue screen of death

My laptop is caught in a blue screen loop, and I have 2 problems.

1. I cannot get to the safe mode: once restarted, my laptop screen stays blank and goes nowhere. I tried to holding the power button down and powering up the laptop several times. This sometimes lets me access the safe mode menu, but at times this also fails.
   
2. Once in the safe mode menu, I could not perform any troubleshoot options as my MS account password was found to be incorrect. I tried both the current and old passwords, but none worked.
   

Please help.

In line with your concern, I would suggest to try using all the passwords you've used in the past and check if it lets you proceed starting in Safe Mode. Also, to better assist you with your concern, I'd like to know the following:

• Confirm which build is currently installed on your device. To check, follow the steps below:

1. Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
2. Click OK.

• What is the make and model of your computer?
• What is the error message that you're getting when you've experienced the blue screen error?
