Windows 10: My pc wont install from usbkey or dvd

my pc has had an update and now wont start windows.. i have tried the windows recovery however this doesnt work.


it either goes to load the drive and then stalls on a black screen or just doesnt do anything.


ive even remove usb, and also ssd hard drive (to install on other drives instead) to see if this would help. but nope.


i have also tried installing windows 7.. the disk loads, goes into setup.. and then stalls.


is this a hardware issue or whats causing this?

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

 

Insurgency wont install and run for me....

I have played and have fully updated CS and Half life 2....
I am using the newest client and installed the SDK.

I am completely blown away, if i click the desktop icon it starts the sdk and then closes, and it doesn't show up in my game list...

First mod attempt install here, followed the directions step by step on the mods website...

Any ideas?

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.
