Windows 10: My PC won't start normally and it's requesting my recovery key. I have two recovery keys...

My PC has been acting funny and now when restarting it's asking for recovery key. When I log into Microsoft I'm seeing two recovery keys however neither is working. Whats the problem and does my PC need to be online when entering the keys? If yes, how do I make sure or check to see if my PC is online?.

For further clarity on the issue and to guide you accordingly, respond to the questions listed below:

1. Since when are you facing this issue?
   
2. Are you aware of any changes being made to the PC?
   
3. Which version of Windows is installed on the PC?
   
4. What is the make and model of the PC?
   

This issue can be caused if a BIOS/firmware update has been pushed to your PC either through Windows Updates or any other OEM media update.



If you have set up the Bitlocker on your PC, I suggest you to look for the recovery key on your Microsoft account. Also, you can refer the article

Find my BitLocker recovery key.

BitLocker recovery key not working

Hello, I have got a blue screen with request to enter BitLocker recovery key. I logged in to my account and used listed recovery key. But this recovery key does not help and there is no other option to get access to PC anymore. I looked into all possible information on web pages but still I did not find solution if you have bitLocker key but it is not working to unlock PC.
