Windows 10: My pc won't turn off and apps from the microsoft store are slow

Hello, Yesterday i couldn't turn off my pc so i did a shutdown. When i started the pc back up a few hours later my microsoft teams was freezing and didn't load and i couldn't open apps from the microsoft store.I would really appreciate if you have a solution for me.

Store Settings "Update apps automatically" won`t stay switched off. WHY?

The possible reason why Update apps automatically turn back on is that the Store app is running in the background. We suggest that you turn off the Store app. This way, it won't receive any updates or send notifications unless opened or turned on
manually.

To turn off Store app, follow these steps:

• Click the Windows logo, then go to Settings.
• Click Privacy, then Background apps.
  
• On the list, locate Store and toggle it off.

microsoft store games won`t play

when I download a game from the Microsoft store it won`t play

the splash screen appears then goes

I have a core i5 with an nvidivia graphics card I tb hdd and 8 gb ram

I have tried the diagnostic for microsoft store and it say cache may need fixing.
