Windows 10: My PC wont update

Discus and support My PC wont update in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; My PC will not download KB5022303 update which means i get a permanent message telling me i am missing important security updates. can anyone help...     PC shut down, wont turn back on

    The fan twitch is it powering up and then the psu is noteing a short and cutting out hence why it wont do it again straight after until it's reset, something is blown or shorted out so you need to do as someone suggested and split the pc out then, on a table build the minimum up as he said and step by step see what's happening.

    Insurgency wont install and run for me....

    I have played and have fully updated CS and Half life 2....
    I am using the newest client and installed the SDK.

    I am completely blown away, if i click the desktop icon it starts the sdk and then closes, and it doesn't show up in my game list...

    First mod attempt install here, followed the directions step by step on the mods website...

    Any ideas?

    If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage
