    My PC works 100% fine but only during restarts it does not work.


    HiAbout a month ago, I bought a new PC. I bought the components separately and installed them correctly. The components were all new. Everything works as it should. The only concrete problem that occurs is during restart. The PC does not want to boot after the restart. I can hear the fans running but my screen or sound card gets no input. If I manually turn the PC off and on then everything works again. Anyone who has any idea what this problem could be? I can't find a solution anywhere.Kind regards

    The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

    Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

    Also, I did the chkdsk C: /F /R but it didn't do anything.

    It got stuck at 21% every single time and when ever I restart my PC it constantly starts scanning. Not sure how to stop it.

    I am a Systems Engineer (entry-Level) and I am having this issue. I have followed all the steps that were listed, even created a new user account. This is for a customer. When I followed the steps, before creating a new user, i kept changing the path to point to the correct place. The second time, and following, I ended up getting the 2 SID's, one with the .bak. Followed the steps to delete the regular one and rename the .bak. restarted and still signs in as a temp profile. So I ended up cfreating a new user and still get the same Temp profile issue. Could you suggest something? Thanks.
