Windows 10: my pcs screen will go black and fans will spin rapidly

my pcs has started crashing recently and i haven't really got to the source of the problem. when i check the event viewer it reads most of these common texts. "The GameInput Service service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 6 times.""The compound file GameInput Service was produced with a newer version of storage."this mostly has been happening when playing games but rarely happens when my pcs just idle. This problem has started around a week ago i say but in my ca

Computer fans spin but black screen

my pc won't boot the fans spin but screen stays black no bootup sound no signal to screen i have already checked that everything is plugged in the right way I just shut down my pc and now I can't start it up

2. Are the PC’s connected to domain network?
   

I suggest you to refer the article Troubleshoot
black screen or blank screen errors, refer the section
I see a black or colored screen with spinning dots after restarting my device.
