Windows 10: My PC’s wifi connection is weak compared to other devices

I live in military barracks and just bought a brand new cyberpower PC. We use GoWifi and I pay for premium wifi currently. I just set up my PC and tried connecting to the wifi and it connects, I just get one bar compared to the full bars I get on my phone. I cant download anything and web pages take forever to load, I tried different plans, restarting my PC, and disconnecting my phone from the wifi. Nothing fixes the bad connection. It’s disappointing when I just spent 1k+ on this setup and I can’t even use it. My roommates have laptops and use them with no issue.

Weak available wifi signals disappear

i require that i be able to see my neighbors wifi signal so i can geolocate, windows sees them when i first enable the wifi adapter, but after a period of time connected to my home wifi their weak signals disappear from the available network list.

i would like to find stop windows from eliminating the weak networks from the available list.

The issue with Wi-Fi connectivity could be caused by the recent update, indeed. It could also be caused by an issue on your router or your ISP. To resolve your concern, please provide the following information:

• Were you able to try another device on WiFi? Is it also having the same issue, or not?
• When you are connected via hardwired connection, are you getting the usual speed that you used to have?
• Are you having drop-out connection on WiFi, or just weak signal?
