Windows 10: My period/del key on my numeric keypad is showing a comma instead of a dot. How do I change...

When I press my del/period key on my numeric pad, it displays a comma instead of a dot. How do I change it back to a dot

i have 2 pcs with win 10, and with italian keyboard for one pc when i use numeric keypad dot I print dot, for the other i print comma i set italian keyboard i can't understand

 

How can I change a comma to period on a numerical keyboard on Windows 10?

Edit: I found this SU question which may relate. It's backwards for him, so I'll sum it up:

1. Press Win+R and run control intl.cpl

3. Change the Decimal Symbol from a Comma to a Period in both the Numbers and Currency Tabs
   

1. (Optional) Since I'm honestly not too familiar with foreign keyboards, you could try changing the List Separator value on both tabs and see if that helps you.

Windows phone decimal symbol on the numeric keypad does not match region

Some regions (like South Africa) use a , (comma) as a decimal symbol instead of a . (period). I personally preferred it when Windows still had it "wrong" and used a . like for the rest of the world, but I digress.

Anyway, the numeric keypad on WP8.1 only has a . which means that apps that does not explicitly cater for a comma decimal symbol will throw some kind of error. As WP is still an afterthought for most apps it means that it could take months for a fix to be
made.

If there was a , on the keypad when in a region that requires it, these things would hopefully just work. Ideally I would like the option to keep the South African regional settings, but only change the decimal symbol back to .
