Windows 10: my personal account has been compromised but cant get it returned

My personal MS account has been compromised. I have got back control of the email addresss by changing its mailbox password through my hosting. However I keep filling in the recovery form and ms automatic bot wont accept my information. How can I get to a real person? I wish to delete the compromised MS account not the mailbox.

Here are some steps you can take to remove yourself from the family and regain control of your account:
