    I'm a free-lance writer and have finished my first book and hired a semi-retired editor to "do her thing". It was a very professional outcome, and then the editor put a "freeze" on the Word doc. to avoid traditional publishers from editing anything in the manuscript. Well, now I need to get the manuscript on Word "open" from the "freeze", but I don't know how to do that. My editor passed away unfortunately without telling how to do that. Help!

    Cannot add contacts personal folders to address book in Outlook 2016

    Many thanks for all your suggestions, HippsieGypsie, but nothing seems to be working. I cannot delete my folder so I have to keep trying to get it included in the list of available address books. My contacts are all in the Contacts - Personal Folders, but this list is not included amongst those offered by Outlook as a default address book.

    To understand the issue better, I would need more information from your end.

    • How are you sending email? Is it from the Quick Books app or using web browser?
    • Which email client are you using?
    This issue may occur if Quick Books app is corrupt.

    If the issue occurs while sending emails within the Quick Books app, I suggest you to uninstall and re-install the Quick Books app. Check if it helps.

    To uninstall the software follow these steps:


    • Right-click on
      Start Button and click on Programs and Features.

    • Right-click on the
      Quick Books and click on Uninstall.
    Note: Make sure you have the installation media for
    Quick Books before uninstalling it.

    I would like to send an Email to a certain website; however, when I click on the link "email editor", I get a blue screen with the message "Choose which account to send the email from." At this point, I don't know how to proceed. Can someone tell me what the next step is?
