Windows 10: My personal desktop is experiencing bad ping spikes every 3 seconds after Restart to Repair...

My desktop computer has been running fine for months but just recently about a week or two ago, it started experiencing really bad ping spikes every couple seconds. This affected things such as taking way longer to load up web pages or games basically being unplayable because of the high ping spikes. This issue started happening after I got a Restart to Repair Drive error and even after restarting, this error would keep coming in my notification bar. I'm not exactly sure if this issue is due to this error but it started happening after this error. I also tested my ping and Wi-Fi connection on

Wifi ping spikes

Hello,

I am experiencing ping spikes on certain wifi connection.

It has started in October, when I was at boarding house in Uni everything on wifi was smooth, but when I moved to homestay at connected to their wifi, I have started experiencing ping spike up to 2000ms every 30 seconds. So I couldn't play online games or
even streaming movies.

Than when I moved back to uni, ping got to it's normal state around 30-50ms.

When I came back in 2 month, same problem was still appearing, and restarting wifi router didnt help, so I decided to reset a PC and it didnt help at all, but I now have to download 150gb of games again.

I dont know what to do, I tried browsing, but I couldn't find anyone with same problem, please help.

High Ping Spikes every 3-5 seconds.

The troubleshooters didn't solve anything. BUT, when running "netsh" and "ipconfig" commands under "Run the Network Troubleshooter..." and restarting, I found the ping spikes to
lessen. It's not disappearing yet, but I found that there is less ping spikes than usual. I was able to play a quick casual game of CS:GO without any issues.

I'll still investigate this. I still don't understand why only my computer is affected by this, yet my other devices do not.

EDIT: I forgot the fact that my router has dual band and I never mentioned it even on Reddit. 2.4GHz seems more stable than 5GHz (because obviously my adapter is far from my router).
