Windows 10: My Phone app - the audio doesn't want to stay on

I installed the My Phone app both on my PC and my phone. My phone is a Samsung S21 and on the phone, I went to Settings, then to Connections, then to Bluetooth and it shows the phone is linked to the PC by the words "Connected for calls". Then, I went to the Settings next to it, it shows two buttons Calls and Audio. So, when I try to turn on the Audio button, it automatically turn itself off. What's the sense having the link if you can't use the microphone on your headset to talk? It seems that there is a flaw in the software. Does this happens only on Android phones or all phones?

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Audio doesn´t work aftter connecting headphones

Original Title: No audio

Sometimes when i want to use the headphones, i connect them to my computer and then the audio doesn´t work, so i need to restart my computer and the audio returns, so my question is, why this happen? i don´t want to restart my pc everytime that i need the
headphones.

I hope that someone can answer me
