Windows 10: my Phone is not being recognised by my PC when i connect

i own a samsung 20Ultra phone and it works perfectly fine when i connect to PC untill few weeks back it couldn't be recognised while it works on other PC very welli tried installing Samsung USB drivers. and the problem remains same i tried changing USB file transfer on my phone but its still the same.on Devices Manager . on Other devices my MTP driver shows a caution sign. on properties it says " the drivers for this device are not installed. Code28when i click on update driver it leads to search auto and takes to windows update where it doesnt work please help

PC Windows 10 Bluetooth won't connect with Pixel 3XL phone

I have a Lenovo Yoga C930 PC (Win 10) that I cannot connect to my Pixel 3XL phone. I can get them to pair, but the PC bluetooth will only hold the connection for about 1 second, then says 'not connected'.

I have removed the PC from the phone's list of previously connected devices & then re-paired-numerous times. I have shut down & re-started both devices numerous times. None of these actions have worked. I am praying that one of you smart readers can help me solve this highly frustrating problem, pretty please?

BTW, I recently ran the upgrade on my phone from android 9 to 10. Could this be the problem? I see other changes on my phone that I think add steps & make it more cumbersome to use. Wish I could dump android 10 & go back to 9, but don't know how to do that either. If that is not the cause of this connection problem with the PC, I can live with it.

I would appreciate all advice. Please know that I am a 60-something year old- more knowledgeable than a basic user, but not super well versed in all of the software & hardware fixes that many of you know, so please write your suggestions/solutions accordingly. Many thanks in advance

 

PC not recognising my phone

hi all, i'm having the same problem. so far i've tried to run my 6280 on my windows 2000 (SP1/4) pc, and a laptop running xp pro. i'm using the latest version of pc suite (6.80.22) and i tried using the version supplied with the phone as well. i'm using
the ca53 cable, which was supplied with the phone, but when i use the get connected wizard, neither computer recognises the phone, nor does the phone recognise that it's plugged in.

in addition, i tried using the infra-red connection on said laptop, and again, nothing doing...

anyone got any suggestions for ways of remedying the problem? i'd really like to get the images and videos from my phone onto the pc, so any help at all would be much appreciated. thanks very much.

 

6110 navigator not recognised by updater, PC suite works fine

Hi,

I'm running XP SP3 with my 6110 navigator. Trying to update the firmware but it won't recognise my phone. I have just downloaded the latest firmware update software AND the latest PC suite, but still no luck.

When I go into the firmware updater, it recognises a phone is connected (step 1) but then "hangs" on step 2 when it is trying to recognise my phone and says it is not recognisable.

Tried everything reset computer, phone, batteries, software reinstallation of software.. nothing improves the situation. Windows/PC suite recognises it fine and it works for everything else.

Appreciate any help.
