Windows 10: My Phone Link calls & message banner notifcations are not displaying on PC

I have phone link synced with my Google Pixel 9 Pro XL. I am running Window 11. Everything from a notification perspective is synced and turned on, but messages are not displaying as banners on my PC, and phone calls are not coming through, only on my phone. I've followed a couple of guides posted on forums with users having similar issues, and nothing is working.

Phone Link - Hide call banner

I understand that disabling the Phone Link app notification banners on Windows 11;

Open the Phonelink app;

Click on the settings icon;

Go to Features and disable the option "Show notification banners";

Check if the call banner still appears;

PhoneLink Ongoing Phone Call Banner

I've been using Phone Link for over a year now with no issues. Yesterday, I had to migrate all of my info to a new user profile. After doing that, I had to setup Phone Link again for the new profile. But this time I'm getting some unexpected and very annoying behavior along with it. Whenever I make a phone call from my phone, I get a banner on my pc that pops up and forces itself to stay on top of whatever I have been doing. If I try to close the banner it will disconnect the call. Previously when using Phone Link I never had this issue. There was never any banner shown when I was on a call on my phone. How can I stop this from popping up every time my phone rings?

 

Call Log display help

Hi. The Call Log, if the contact is on my contact list, displays the Contact Name and below the Country/City instead of the Phone Number that was used to call me or the one i called. If the contact is not in my Contact List, it displays the Contact Number and below the Country/City.
Is there any way to change the setting in the first situation to display the Contact Name and below the Phone Number used? I prefer a solution without the use of a third party app. Phone is on android 7 / Emui 5.0.1 and the build is BLN-L21C432B365.
