my pin is no longer valid but the code never comes on my email when i press sent code

Sorry, Pin is not valid for comes with music.....grrr

Three weeks ago i purchased a 5800 Music Express , it came bundled with £50 download voucher from Tmobile.

I installed the software and attempted to sign-in with my pin. But, i cant even register with the pin code supplied on the voucher. The error message i get is :
Sorry, Pin is not valid for comes with music



I contacted Nokia by email and they advised me to go back to Tmobile. I did this and they advised me to contact Nokia again, and they gave me a number to call. I spent 90 mins speaking to an advisor and we went through it step by step several times and he
admitted he didnt know what the problem was. I went back to Tmobile and this time they sent me another voucher with a new pin code.

I tried regsistering this new number for comes with music, making sure that every number was entered exactly as it appeared incase it was case sensitive, and buggerations it happened again:

Sorry, Pin is not valid for comes with music



Since then i have fought for many hours to get the pin number to work, i am at a complete loss as to what the problem is, does anyone have any ideas, i even tried regsitering under a different user name and email address, but nothing!



Nokia, why are you producing something so diffcult to use?

code sent it to your "Email" Was sent it by yourself

or was the Microsoft account, who sent it..

Not trying to find mistakes here, just to make it easy

for the answer repliers here. What's this all about

Tip : if your email, doesn't receive this code. Then request to be

send at your mobile PH# -- if that option fail too
