Windows 10: My PIN is no longer working so I can not sign into my computer. I KNOW my PIN i used it...

I know my PIN i used it like 10 min prior and it worked. I restarted my computer several times. It says “credentials cant be verified, set up your pin” when i hit set up pin it says the profsvc service failed sign in user profile cannot be loaded

  From your
  lockscreen, check if the "Sign-in option" is available.
  
• 
  Then click the option to use PIN.
  
• 
  Enter PIN.
  
  

If that didn't work, we highly suggest that you create a new account/PIN that you can use to log in to your computer.

Remove sign in pin

I suggest you to follow the below steps to remove the sign in pin/password options.

• In the search box type sign-in-option.
• Click on the sign-in-option.
• Then you can find password/pin/picture password.
• There you can remove the option and check.

PIN

To resolve this issue with your PIN, follow these step:

• Restart your computer first, then after that, open File Explorer and browse to this location:

C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\NGC

• Delete everything within that folder.
• Go to Settings-> Accounts->Sign-in Options.
  
• Click Add a PIN again and set your PIN.
  
• PIN sign in should work going forward.
