Windows 10: My pin isnt available

My pin isnt available when i click “make a new pin” a pop up appears “would you like to download something” i dont know what it said but i pressed yes and after some time something called. “Explorer.exe” appears there isnt a option to reset my laptop and i cant media install it due to me not having the equipment. Safe mode doesnt work too..

Blue screen code bugcode n dis driver, windows update will not respond, pin isnt available, wont reset pin.

Do you see a link for Sign In Options at the bottom of the Sign-in Screen. Choose that and select the key or password choice, use password to sign in.
