Windows 10: my ping went from 60 to 300

Ok this is a very long story. I know I'm not on Windows 10 but I need help. I'm on a Windows 8 computer and I've been playing the new game overwatch, and about last week my ping went from 60 to 300 and so I got the fastest internet that at&t provides but it just shot up from 300 to 1800 and now I render the game unbearable so I looked up ways to speed it up and one of them said close things in the task manager. So I disabled things that took double digits and little did I know I disabled wifi, sound, troubleshooting isn't doing anything, I've tried to reset my computer but it says something went wrong and nothing was changed. Is there a way to enable everything that I disabled? And for a bonus question anyone know how to lower overwatch ping? (My wifi ping is 24 and overwatch carries between 800 and 1800

Computer lagging

So i play games like League of legends and CSGO and hearthstone and i my brother both play as well but im the only one who has a problem with lag i have 300-600 ping when im playing but they are at 60 ping and i have the best computer out of them both but
for some reason im lagging makes me so mad does anyone know why?

All of a sudden, my internet has gone REALLY SLOW, My ping in games went from 20-50
up to 100-300, I used to be able to stream videos at 4k no buffering, now I have to use
360p, My download speed went from
1.5mb-2.5mb to 100kb-500kb, I really hope someone can help me with this, as it is very annoying.

 

It does not help anyone without the output of the Ping test. If it is a game server, you will always see high ping times if overseas or hosted off of someone's home Internet service.

 

Try running msconfig from an elevated command prompt to turn everything back on.

I think you need to narrow down the issue. It could be ISP related (high bandwidth does not guarantee low latency), local network hardware (your router, switch, etc.), your computer, other computers on your network, or software.

Turn off all the other devices on your network, and preferably hardwire your computer to your router. Then run the DSL reports speed test/bufferbloat test: Speed test - how fast is your internet? | DSLReports, ISP Information

If that is all good, then I'd start suspecting your computer hardware or software, maybe you are CPU or RAM bound and that is causing latency.
