Windows 10: My pointer suddenly sometimes stops working and again starts working after pressing any key...

My lenovo laptop ideapad 300 15ISK with windows 10 was working fine . But before some months my laptop had two problems . "1" key of my keyboard near the escape button went wrong . I first noticed it that when i turn on my laptop then in the password field was spammed with dots and on other places also where there was a typing space "1" key all of sudden started spamming and with it when it be auto typing my touchpad pointer also stopped . I got temporary relief from both "1" auto typing and pointer freezing by pressing any key . Also my "1" key was automatic , i was not able to use it after it went wrong . The temporary relief would last for about 5 seconds or sometimes longer then the same problem of pointer freezing and "1" auto typing . i tried many ways from the net but none worked . finally i used keytweak to disable the "1" near the escape button , now also i am using 1 by num lock . Also it was not that "1" only spammed when there was a typing space , it spammed in background also which i could know as the pointer freezed . after disabling 1 also my pointer problem persists , not so severe , but then also very disgusting . so for pointer i have done the following remedies since then

1. Update mouse driver 2. Set defaults in BIOS by F9 3. change sensitivity

When i felt that poiner problems may be because "1" key being pressed inside now also . So I looked for options to allow pointer movement while typing . I tried palm tracking option . it was not changeable in synaptics window so i changed it through registry after seeing the registry method in a microsoft post for same problem . it also did not work . plz help me

Does it stop right at the Toshiba logo and sit there? Will it sit forever til you press a key, or will it eventually work after so long?

 

Windows key suddenly stopped working a few days ago.

Plugging an external keyboard in and pressing the windows key seems to work, pressing the windows button on my mouse seems to bring up the start menu. Only problem is with the laptop keyboard. I've taken the key off, checked it and everything. No problems there: No sticky/dirty bits. Pressing down on the rubber bit doesn't seem to register though. Keyboard tester applications do not register the windows key being pressed on the laptop keyboard, but it does register it on the external keyboard/mouse.

It did work for a few presses when I repeatedly pressed down on it, but it seems to have stopped working now.

Computer problem, or should I be searching for a new keyboard?

 

down arrow key stopped working

My razor lycosa down arrow key decided to not respond at some point today. The other ones work and so does the numpad arrow if i turn off the numlock. Sounds like its just broken and im screwed, but any suggestions?
