Windows 10: My Polish letter appear with using Ctrl instead of Alt Gr. How can I change that

Polish characters

I'm working on an Excel spreadsheet and I've changed to the Polish keyboard and used Alt Gr to get all the special characters and they all work fine except ziet - the z with a dot over it. Alt Gr + z gives a strange pop-up window. Any ideas?

 

Windows 10 - ALT GR + number key combinations 2-3-4 not working, cant type "AT" sign.

I have the same problem but with French keyboard. Alt Gr sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Usually when Alt Gr doesn't work I can still use ctrl-alt instead but not always.

 

ALT + GR not working as intended

Cannot type the "{" and "[" character. Which is typed by Holding down "ALT GR + 7" and "ALT GR + 8" Key.

However typing "7" and "8" individually is no problem.

Also typing "@" which is achieved by holding ALT GR + Q works just fine aswell. Meaning every single key works individually.

Funnily enough typing with the on Screen Keyboard works aswell for every other combination except for "ALT GR + 7" and "ALT GR + 8"
