Windows 10: my power plan keeps switching back and forth between high performance and balanced

so this isnt the first time this has happened but in the past it was down to MSI centre and its 'user scenario' setting , however recently this problem has started happening again with my cpu usage staying at 100% most of the time while only opening task manager. i currently have icue , nzxt cam and msi centre i really have no idea why this happens i only built this pc around may 2023 but ive always had thee problem with the power plan not staying on balanced , it seems to switch randomly with usage spikes and temp spikes. i have tried setting my power plan to default but no luck. its such a p

My battery power plan keeps switching to high performance

Hi I have tried all of these and the problem is still occurring when I also looked in registry the preffered power plan is already set to balanced, but it is still keep switching to high performance mode power plan. Every time I restart the laptop it
is in high performance mode and even when I change back to balanced it keeps switching back to high performance mode.

 

Windows 11 - High performance plan disappearing after applying Balanced plan.

Just like in title.

I have to manually activate high performance plan in CMD, because every time I switch back to balanced plan via GUI, high performance plan disappears, leaving only balanced plan on the list.

Expected behaviour: I should be able to switch to high performance plan in GUI.

High Performance Power Plan Disappeared

I am using the latest version of Windows 11 and I changed my power plan to "Balanced" just to try it out and when I went back into Control Panel to change it back to "High Performance", it was not there anymore. I tried a lot of suggested fixes that are on the internet but none of them worked. I also tried creating my own power plan and chaning the settings but its just not the same performance as the High Performance power plan. Is there any way to bring it back?
