    My Power point stops working


    I have created a slide show with a soundtrack, but it gets to the 10:00 point and stops. The audio continues, but the pictures do not show. It's basically a photo album with attached audio tracks. I am using the 2010 version and have tried different computers, but the same thing happens. I have replaced the audio content and it works fine, right to the end with no problems. I have set the animations and transitions to change automatically, with every slide timed with the length of songs per slide. Everything works individually, but when I insert the audio track and set it to start from slide 1, everything works perfectly until it hits the 10:00 minute mark. It is extremely frustrating. The entire length of the slide show is 22:28, if that makes a difference. I have 12gb of ram and 4tb hd, so that shouldn't be a problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

    Before we proceed, I would like you to provide the information stated below:

    1. What happens when you use Cortana?

    2. Did you enable Cortana after setting language?

    If you have not enable Cortana, I would suggest that you follow the steps below and check if you a response from it.

    • Open Cortana
    • Click the hamburger button in the top left of the window
    • Go to settings.
    • At the bottom of the window, you will see the 'Hey Cortana' setting that you need to enable.

    My Power point stops working

    Lost Power, now PC won't boot. Powers on and clicks.

    I had tried both of those steps. Neither worked. I have a replacement power supply on order. Should be here on Monday. Thanks for the suggestions.
